  I am a proud mum to two beautiful children. I have a deep passion for living a balanced and fulfilling life, which is why I love doing yoga, meditation, traveling, and spending time with my dog. Yoga and meditation allow me to connect with myself on a deeper level, offering both mental clarity and physical well-being. The practice of mindfulness through meditation helps me stay grounded, while yoga brings a sense of harmony and flexibility to my body and mind.

  Traveling is another passion that fuels my soul. Exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and meeting new people broaden my perspective and enrich my life. The thrill of discovering the unknown and the beauty of nature always leaves me inspired and rejuvenated.
